The hotel is in a quieter spot away from the busy city center, which suited me. Parking just outside was very convenient at 7 Euros a day. There isn't a lobby, but the rooms are quite big. I stayed in an Executive Room, which was spacious and comfortable, with underfloor heating throughout, including the bathroom. I'd never had that before, and it made the place cozy. You can adjust the temperature easily. The bathroom was large and spotless, and the kitchen had good equipment, including a half-sized refrigerator. The staff were great. There's no regular guest laundry room, but they washed, dried, and folded about 7-8 items for me for 8 Euros, all within 6 hours and without any hassle. Breakfast is a decent low-range spread, not fancy, and could use more fresh fruit. Still, it does the job when you just want coffee and a quick bite. I was very satisfied with the comfort and value, and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The breakfast room is a little small, but the food was excellent and got each day off to a great start. We had a truly lovely vacation here after traveling from New York to visit Munich. The reception team was exceptionally helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Kreis and Malika for being so kind and sharing such good tips on what to see.

It was thoughtful of them to provide halal food and a prayer mat. The location is convenient and quiet, and parking was easy. Special thanks to the receptionist for her kind, excellent service. She explained everything I needed to know in detail and recommended restaurants nearby.

The suite worked great for the four of us, with everything we needed to feel comfortable. Staff were amazing, friendly, and always ready with useful tips about the city. Breakfast had lots of nice continental options and good coffee. Parking was easy and reasonably priced. We really liked our stay and would definitely return.

The breakfast filled us up, and I appreciated that they offered both halal and non-halal options, though I was left wanting more. The rooms were clean, well decorated, and looked just like the booking photos. The walls kept noise out, the AC was essential in the summer, and there were all the comforts we needed, including a Japanese-ish style bidet in the toilet seat. We paid around 530 euros for the Reservation for three adults, three nights with breakfast, plus 21 euros for parking, or 7 euros a night on the premises. For Munich, I think that was an excellent deal. The hotel is at the end of an alley in a residential and industrial part of town, on the outskirts of Zone M for public transport. The area felt very safe, even at night. There are plenty of parking spots, some with charging outlets for electric cars. The nearest grocery store and metro station are within a 15 minute walk. The city center takes 15-20 minutes by car even with traffic, or about 30 minutes by public transport. The staff were welcoming and friendly, explained what we needed to know about the hotel and city, and gave us an entrance pass to the nearby Bestsecret market. Check-in was seamless. Great hotel with excellent service. I'd highly recommend it and would stay again if I came to town with a rental car. Without a car, I'd consider it, but would probably pick somewhere closer to town.
