We stayed in February, and renting an umbrella turned out to be a lifesaver. There's a laundry machine, and the bathroom was spotless. Staff and service were good, and the place is convenient. The downside is the main street location, which means you hear sirens, including ambulances and police, pretty clearly. Still, I'd recommend it.

The location was great, central and within easy walking distance of nearly every interesting place. Front desk staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, and the rate seemed reasonable to me. There wasn't enough space in the room to put my things, and they only clean it if you ask. Still, a good place to stay.

Our family found the apartment comfortable and well arranged. We had two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, so the kids had enough beds and we parents could have some privacy. The living room kitchen made it easy to cook simple meals. We loved Koos. It was a short walk to the old town, while the immediate area was quiet.

The people working there were the best part. Mariia and Symbat answered all our questions politely and were so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and we didn't hear any noise during our stay. We had an awesome time, and the location is really good. Marienplatz and Viktualienmartk are about a 10-minute walk away.

We had a comfortable stay as a family, with large, very clean rooms and nice staff. The hotel is conveniently close to the old city. We just wished breakfast had been included, or that there had been coffee for less than 25€ each. Otherwise, a nice, comfortable experience.
