Ibis Muenchen City Arnulfpark

The staff were very service-minded. They sorted out an extra towel when we needed one and helped with an flat-iron. We also enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar, thanks to the very nice staff. Breakfast had a waffle station, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean, had a nice view, and was a great price. The hotel is close to a park where I could go for a morning run. Donnerbergerbrücke S-train station is within walking distance, making the trip from the airport easy. We could also hop on the tram whenever we wanted to go into the city centre for dinner or shopping.

The room was very clean and the hotel offered good service, with a good location and good value for money. Breakfast could use a little more variety. The air conditioning was the one drawback: it wouldn’t close properly and kept running continuously, blowing either hot or cold air.

We were there from 21st to 23rd November 2025, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable for the price. The centre is about a 15-20 minute walk away, but with a tram stop right outside, getting around was much easier. Reception staff were brilliant throughout. They were friendly when serving drinks and really helpful at check-in, changing our double rooms to twins without hesitation. Special thanks to Frederic at reception for spot-on advice and recommendations.

The rooms looked lovely and were clean. They were pretty small, but for the price, there was more than enough space. The location was great, close to the tram, and I can really recommend the breakfast for its good range of food, including lactose-free choices. The reception staff were very nice too. The main thing I didn’t like was that our bathroom door wouldn’t close, which was bad for privacy. I also saw that in another room, their shower door couldn’t close. That’s a minus.
