For the price, this is extremely good. The studios are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the soundproofing is good. Having a kitchen is handy. It seems they’ve economized on a few things, like air conditioning or HVAC and kitchen lighting, but that wasn’t an issue for me since the balcony door opens all the way.

We booked two panoramic terrace suites on the sixth floor for four adults in December 2025. The courtyard and skyline views were beautiful, and the rooms were modern and finished to a very high standard. They were spacious, with a kitchen unit, dining area and lounge. The bathrooms had high-quality aromatic toiletries, and the bedrooms had plush bedding. The restaurant and bar were roomy, and breakfast had a high-quality spread that covered all our dietary needs. Staff were professional and helpful, and we really enjoyed the stay. Trains at Theresienwiese and trams are nearby, while historic sights and plenty of excellent restaurants are within walking distance.

The room felt just like home, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, balcony and even tableware. There’s also free laundry and a gym in the underground parking lot. Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were so welcoming. It’s a cozy hotel in a superb spot, just a few hundred meters from Munich Central Station and only a few dozen meters from a metro station. I told my friends about it on my first day. If we come to Munich again, we’ll definitely stay here.

I stayed here for Springfiest, and it’s very close to the entrance. The room was superbly decorated and quiet. Staff were super friendly and professional. I love this hotel and would definitely come back if I visit Munich again.
