Thomas was warm and professional when we checked in, and made us feel very welcome. At the bar, Gia and Jon Carlo were kind and helped arrange a surprise birthday cake. Their English was very good. Maria and Honey helped with our keys and other needs, and were so sweet. Kanto and Diana were always smiling and helpful too. Housekeeping kept our room lovely. I highly recommend the NOVOTEL. Thanks so much, everyone!

The kids' corner in the lobby has games my child absolutely loved, and the lobby itself feels warm and cozy. It's a great option for families. As an Accor Plus member, I also got a welcome drink, a nice personal touch. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. Getting around was easy from this safe, convenient location, with both tram and S-Bahn access. The hotel is about four to five stops from Munich Hbf and the Old Town, and the S8 goes directly to and from the airport. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I especially liked the complimentary minibar with water, soft drinks, beer, juice, coffee, and even chocolate. I had a wonderful stay at Novotel München City Arnulfpark and would feel at ease here for work or leisure.

The on-site restaurant was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We loved staying at Novotel Arnulfpark in Munich, Germany. The modern rooms were spacious and extremely clean, and the location made exploring easy: the S-Bahn is just steps away, with many of Munich's main attractions within easy walking distance. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to come back.

The hotel is a walk from the central bus station, with a direct train to the airport and good public transport that gets you to the city centre in only a few stops. We had a lovely time. Everything felt beautiful, clean, and well thought out. The lively reception and restaurant were highlights, with delicious food and very hospitable staff. They kindly upgraded our room, which included a mini bar.

The stay was great for the price, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were nice, breakfast was great, and the facilities included a sauna and gym. It's close to a train station and bus stops, and reasonably near the city centre.
