We picked this hotel for its location, and it was close to so many of the places we wanted to visit. Dominic at reception was a huge help throughout our stay, from check-in to recommending a nearby restaurant and sorting out a fan when our room felt stuffy. He also helped with a few other requests. Our family room was two adjoining rooms, with a crib for the baby and a made-up pull-out bed for our four-year-old. We could keep breast milk in the mini fridge after clearing out its contents, and staff let us put our ice packs in their freezer. The rooms were clean and nice, though small and a bit dated. It was warm inside, and construction outside meant we kept the windows shut so the noise wouldn't wake the kids. Breakfast was fine, with a nice selection that we enjoyed each day. I just wish there had been more hot choices beyond scrambled eggs, sausage and beans. They had a high chair for the baby, too. We enjoyed our stay.

Getting around the city was easy with the front desk's helpful information, and the hotel's location is fantastic. Staff were great, and the included breakfast was good. The taxi arranged through the hotel was reliable, though very expensive at 140 euros. Thanks!

The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast had a good range of fresh food at the buffet. I stayed for two nights at the start of January. The room was clean, just not very spacious.

Breakfast was great, with traditional German choices, and my room was clean. The hotel is also well placed for visiting many popular spots in Old Town.

The breakfast buffet was decent, with a good range of bread, muesli, cold cuts and other food. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional, and I can't fault the location: close to Old Town and easy to walk everywhere. Still, I wouldn't call this a four-star hotel. I guess four stars in Europe are one star in Dubai. The room and bathroom were tiny, there were only two towels, and the toiletries were the cheapest kind. The bed's headboard was falling apart, as in my photo. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though.
