Star G Hotel München Schwabing

I had to stay the whole week, but I won’t come back. The hotel’s location wasn’t good for me except that it was near my company. I arrived around midnight to a dirty room with worms in the bath, and the air conditioning was broken, leaving the room extremely cold. Reception told me there were no other rooms. At 8 the next morning, while I was showering, the fire alarm went off and firefighters came. We were all made to leave the hotel. When I returned that night and went down to complain about the heater, reception told me to find the manager to change rooms. The manager behaved very badly. I asked for free breakfast during my stay, and he gave me one breakfast, then made a scene calling around to find out who had told me the night before that no room was available. After another wasted hour, he said I just wanted free breakfast. I felt sad for him and for a hotel that treats customers this way. He acted as if changing my room was a favor. Never again. I’d recommend any other hotel.
