Stay KooooK Munich City

The place was very clean, new and modern, and the cozy room was much larger than a typical hotel room, with a big new bathroom. We loved the shared room and being able to use the kitchen and washer/dryer. The coffee, filtered water and snacks were a nice surprise too. It exceeded what we expected. Hope they expand to more countries!

We spent three nights in a family studio with a kitchen. It’s central, with easy access to the station and city centre, and the room has an interesting modern design. There are two queen beds, a lovely walk-in shower, and shared dining and kitchen facilities. Coffee, water and Fanta are complimentary. The woman who checked us in was friendly and explained how the system works. But there’s no real privacy in the rooms: curtains are the only divider between the two rooms, and the bathroom has a semi-opaque glass door. You’ll hear everything, speech and body sounds, so this is best for close family or friends sharing. There wasn’t a single extra pillow, even after I asked twice, which isn’t okay for this kind of accommodation. I can only partly recommend it. Not sure I’d return.

Stay KooooK was even nicer than I expected, and I’d definitely choose it again if I visit München. I especially liked how the space was laid out: the toilet is separate from the bathroom, the adjustable bed can be moved to make more room by the kitchen, and there are plenty of cabinets for luggage. It made the stay very comfortable. One small suggestion: brief instructions for the washing machine and induction cooktop on the remote check-in webpage would make things easier. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

The room was tiny, but the furniture layout made smart use of the space. You can slide the bed along rails to open up more room during the day. There’s also a cozy, well-designed shared area for tea or coffee, cooking something, or sitting at the computer. It’s a quiet room despite being very close to the train station, which is handy for an early flight. The location is convenient, and I really liked the smart hotel idea of opening all the doors through the website. Credit to the people who came up with it!
