The room was decent, and my courtyard-facing room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and I felt at ease there, even if the room itself wasn’t the highlight. This isn’t the Rosewood, after all. What really made the stay was the location and the welcome. The central station entrance is right across the road, and it’s an easy walk through the station to the Lufthansa Express. Marienplatz and several beerhalls are about 15 minutes away on foot. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful when I arrived, and just as helpful at checkout. I value that kind of service when I’m in a new city. I was only there one night, but if I return to Munich it’ll be hard to pick another hotel. Of course, the staff might have changed by then, and my experience could be different.

The staff were lovely, and breakfast was compact but good quality. The hotel was clean, with large, modern rooms, and the price was decent. It’s just a minute from the central station and a five-minute walk to Marienplatz. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The hotel and room were simple, but clean, comfortable and safe. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and let me check in a few hours early. For a night or two near central Munich, it worked well. The best part for me was being at this Bonvoy hotel with such easy access to the metro station.

Our loft room was plenty big for the stay, and we’d book it again. Check-in was quick, friendly and efficient when we arrived at the station opposite. Checkout was busy at noon, with just one person at the desk, which seemed strange given that’s the main checkout time. The hotel isn’t in the most touristy area, but a five to ten minute walk gets you to the main shopping part. We’d definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean and public transport was easy to reach. Breakfast got chaotic each morning, but the staff kept doing their best to clear and clean the tables as people came and went. Thanks! We initially had trouble booking for three people, though they eventually sorted it out.
