We spent two nights here during Oktoberfest and had a great time. There are lots of bakeries and shops nearby, and Moosach station is so close that getting into central Munich is quick. I'd come back.

The staff were upbeat and exceptionally kind, which really improved our stay. Our room was clean and well kept, though a little small. The shower pressure was quite low, and having the toilet separate from the main bathroom was inconvenient. Even with those minor design issues, the hotel met our basic expectations and left us with a good impression.

8/10
The location is great, with plenty of shops nearby, and the staff were very helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the overall cleaning was good, though the cleaner missed a spot and left fake eyelashes in the bathroom. Our small room was OK, but had a broken-off side table and curtains that didn't work properly. The facilities were just OK. Parking is limited, so we had to use another lot. It's fine for a short stay, but I wouldn't stay for longer. For the money, it wasn't great value.

10/10
It was a nice, quiet place, and getting to the areas I wanted to visit was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. I also liked their encouragement to think about how our actions affect the environment. B&B hotels' environmental awareness and focus on sustainability is one reason I choose them.

10/10
The rooms are simple, but have what you need for a short, restful stay. The location is really convenient, with public transport to both the airport and city. There's a great bakery next door, and grocery shopping is easy nearby.
