I was quite satisfied with my one-night stay and would consider coming back for another short visit to Munich. The room could have been cleaner, since I spotted a few hairs that may have been left by the previous guest, and the neighborhood was a little noisy. But the location is excellent, only a few steps from Munich main train station, and the rate was fair. Both receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful, and spoke English fluently. Disposable slippers and bottled water were provided, which I don’t often see in German hotels. Breakfast was included too, with a croissant and coffee of your choice. A good option for a night or a brief stay.

Rabi and his team made the service easy and pleasant, they were helpful and efficient. The apartment was spacious and very clean, and I had a really nice stay. It’s also a handy spot, about a five-minute walk to the train station and close to a supermarket. I stayed three nights. Thumbs up!

Ilayda was especially helpful from the booking through check-in and throughout the stay. She was always polite, humble, and smiling, and the whole team deserves thanks. The apartment hotel has a small store for essentials, and breakfast at its cafe was good and filling. The place itself is clean and spacious, very close to Munich Railway Station, and the prices are competitive. It had everything we needed.

The neighborhood is a bit run down, as other reviewers have said, but the price reflects that. My wife and I never felt threatened or unsafe there at night. It’s around a 15-minute walk to Munich’s tourist centre, and the value is great. The place was clean to an excellent standard and nicely appointed, all for a very reasonable price. Definitely a good place to stay.

The front desk staff were welcoming, and I liked the spacious, clean rooms and the excellent location. One feature I appreciated was the handheld bidet sprayer, or Shattaf, in the toilet, which is unusual in Europe.
