B&B Hotel München-Hbf

After 14 hours of travel, I spent 4 hours waiting in the lobby to check in. I asked several times about getting in early, but was told I could wait in case an earlier room became available. Nobody offered the early check-in they say they offer for 12, and I was told a room might be ready at 1pm or later. I finally got into the room after 4.5 hours. At check-in, they required me to pay the whole bill and wouldn't let me split it with my friend. That completely threw off our budgeting and planning after months of work. The room had three selves and one suitcase stand between two people. Then, when I wanted to nap after all that travel, the service carts and doors kept slamming along the halls while rooms were being serviced. Super relaxing.

I've stayed in hotels in Munich, and I travel regularly in Germany and Poland. This chain has always been very nice in my experience: convenient central locations, very clean, and prices that feel fair. The staff are always extremely friendly. Well done, everyone! Raffy ;-)

Really good value. The room was clean and well ventilated, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent, and it was very quiet. My sister and I shared a room and found it satisfactory, with very comfortable beds. Towels were provided, along with an all-in-one body and hair wash. There was nowhere to make a hot drink, but reception would make one if you asked, for Euro 2 dollars. A big thank you to Aarim for his excellent service and for putting up with us Kiwis.
