Sure Hotel by Best Western Muenchen Hauptbahnhof

The central location felt safe, and I’d choose Sure Hotel By Best Western München Hauptbahnhof again on my next trip to Munich. I stayed with my family and child, and we all felt comfortable and safe. Our room was clean, comfortable and just as described. The reception team deserves a special thanks. When I asked for hot water, they quickly did their best to prepare it for us. That thoughtful gesture showed how much they cared about guests. From arrival through checkout, the staff were professional and kind, and everything was smooth, quick and well organized. I’d recommend the hotel.

We were on a busy street right across from the main train station, but the hotel was quiet at night. The location was the best part: Karlplatz is a 5-minute walk away and Marienplatz about 10 minutes, which was perfect for spending the day sightseeing. The room was clean, the towels were amazing, and breakfast had lots of choices, including options for vegetarians. I’d definitely stay here again.

We loved the elevated window seats in the restaurant, where we could watch people passing by, and the sunshine coming through made the room bright. Breakfast had a good spread: cereal, cheese, ham, eggs and small burger patties that weren’t too salty. There was a coffee machine, several kinds of yoghurt, and croissants that were flaky and buttery. At $113SGD, Sure Hotel is worth considering for a central Munich stay. It’s right by Munich Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), the breakfast was pretty decent, and the rooms were quite clean. This was day 4 of our Round The World (RTW) travels. The room was clean, the staff were nice, and the location was amazing. The WiFi was the one letdown. My friend got sick, so we had to spend quite a while at the hotel, but the connection wouldn’t work for more than half the time.
