The team made the biggest impression on me. The service was very professional but never too formal, and everyone was warm, attentive, and focused on guests. You could feel the care Mandarin Oriental is known for. Housekeeping was impeccable throughout my stay at the end of March ‘26, keeping the room spotless, comfortable, and in excellent shape. The hotel is in an elegant, quiet area that’s still close to the historic center, good restaurants, and luxury boutiques. It’s a great base for exploring Munich on foot. A truly excellent experience.

We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the calm, luxurious feel of Mandarin Oriental, Munich. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional from the moment we arrived. The location is right in the city center, so everything is within walking distance. We had a great stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

The restaurant was fantastic for breakfast and for a nice sushi dinner, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself is exceptionally neat, in a fantastic location, and the service was exceptional. There was a small mishap just after check-in, but the front of house sorted it out immediately. Management took it seriously and went well above and beyond to make things right. I travel for work much of the year, and the way the staff and management cared about our experience means this will be my planned hotel whenever we come to Munich.

A month ago we stayed at Mandarin Oriental Munich, and the welcome from the whole team made a lasting impression. Everyone was warm and professional, and we felt valued and cared for from the moment we arrived. Staff were attentive, discreet, and proactive without losing their friendliness. Their attention to detail and readiness to help made the stay feel personal. The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Our room was luxurious and spotless, and the atmosphere was refined but inviting. The service was flawless throughout. This is what five-star hospitality should feel like. I’d highly recommend it for a luxury stay in Munich and can’t wait to return.
