We paid for two nights up front, but when we wanted to leave after the first night, they wouldn’t accept a cancellation, so we still paid for both. We’d come as a family with my wife and kids and got a very run-down apartment with almost no furniture. The beds had plastic undersheets, the pillows were awful, and we slept so badly that we wanted to check out. Management was never there in person, only reachable by phone. I felt kind of sorry for the staff, since they were the ones dealing with our frustration. Avoid.

I had no idea where to turn as a tourist, and Lukas and Maria were so helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate me while I looked for a car, even though it was well past checkout time.

The room was good and we had no problems. I’d made a mistake in the guest list on my booking, but the staff kindly corrected it. The hotel is 2 km from Munich-Pasing station, with a bus stop just 200m away.

I stayed here with my colleagues during an exhibition in Augsburg. It turned out better than we’d expected. Breakfast was tasty and okay, and kept us going through a full day at the expo without needing another meal. Getting to the highway was easy.

Luca, the manager/owner, was personable and helpful. My wife, sister, brother-in-law and I stayed for about 10 days in Munich, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful each day. We also enjoyed our evening walks by Schloss Blutenburg, just a few blocks away.
