Best hotel we stayed at in Germany! A few friends and I came for Oktoberfest, and Roxanna, who runs the place with her husband, I think, was so sweet and kind. She made us feel right at home and shared tips for Oktoberfest and places to go in Munich. We had a lovely chat over coffee one morning. She's a very hard worker. She and her husband are the only workers there, up at 5am every day, and about to have a child attend medical school. Please support them! The place was very clean and friendly. We'll be back. Thank you for the hospitality. Prost!

I was surprised to find shared bathrooms and toilets, though the listing on booking.com stated that clearly, so that was my mistake. Given the price, I'd assumed they were renting apartments, and I think it's a bit overpriced. The location is good and there is a parking option. The rooms are a little old and small, but functional enough and clean. The host is very friendly.

The hosts are so warm and welcoming, and it's a really nice, comfortable hotel in central Munich. Our room was cozy and clean, and breakfast was excellent. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Munich!

The owners were welcoming and charming, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. We stayed a couple of nights while backpacking around Germany and Italy, and this was one of our favorite places. The rooms were clean, and the shared bathrooms were always clean and looked after. Public transit was an easy walk away. We'd absolutely stay here again.

The staff are amazing, kind, and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. The place is tidy, with the shared bathrooms and toilets regularly scrubbed and cleaned. It was completely quiet at night, though maybe I was just lucky to have considerate guests. It's very close to the U-bahn station, and the city center is under 30 minutes away on foot if you're up for a nice walk. I'd love to stay here again if I visit Munich.
