10/10
The location suited us well for public transport, fairs and business meetings, with the city centre close enough to reach without staying in its busiest part. From Leonardo Hotel Munich City East, the S-Bahn/U-Bahn station is about a five-minute walk, with direct connections to the centre and major attractions. If you're driving, on-site or adjacent parking and a nearby P+R garage are handy and reasonably priced for a big city. The modern room was well kept, a typical European city-hotel size, with a comfortable bed, good soundproofing and a modern bathroom with an excellent shower. Staff in reception and the restaurant were friendly and professional, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. Breakfast had plenty of good options. There's also a bar and restaurant area, a small fitness room and good Wi-Fi, covering the essentials for business or leisure. We found it very good value for Munich. Thanks, Leonardo. Enjoy Guests!

We had a great rest, ate really well and got to explore Munich. Your kitchen team deserves special thanks, the food was amazing. Thank you all for making our stay so special. This is a wonderful hotel.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. It's a clean, quiet hotel near the U-Bahn, and we had a pleasant stay. The one issue was the see-through bathroom door, which couldn't be locked and raised privacy concerns.

A great location, spotless rooms and a very comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly helpful too. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel.

The cold-pressed juice and doughnuts waiting in our room on arrival were a lovely touch. We found the staff welcoming and kind, and the location was great. We loved the experience and would stay again.
