6/10
I expected a relaxing, comfortable stay, but the bed and pillows left me tired and physically uncomfortable. Being able to rest properly matters a lot in a hotel, and this was disappointing. The reception staff also came across as cold and unwelcoming. I didn’t feel warmly received or respected, and the interaction felt unprofessional. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves these things for future guests.

8/10
The rooms are very small, though clean. There are plenty of public transport connections nearby and some nice restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has underground parking for car arrivals, but it’s limited to 1.95m height. It’s also inside Munich’s low emission zone, so you need a green sticker even if your car meets the green emission requirements.

The location is easy to reach, and the staff are friendly and really do make the stay pleasant. I had a wonderful time here!

Breakfast had everything you need, and the rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated. The lobby is cozy, and there’s a stylish terrace in the backyard. Friendly staff too, with an extra MVP for Marcell from the Bar for the impressive knowledge and drinks.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and really went above and beyond. The rooms were clean and the location was good.
