We needed to make a few changes during our stay, and the reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. They sorted out every issue quickly. The room was nice and breakfast was good. The neighborhood was quiet, with some restaurants within walking distance, and public transport options were excellent.

The executive-floor rooms were nice, and reception handled its supervisory roles adeptly and efficiently. The sauna and gym are a real asset, both in top condition, though the hotel doesn’t promote them enough. Breakfast was very good, but it can get a little overcrowded after 9:00 in the morning since it closes at 10:00. An extension to 10:30 or 11:00 on weekends might help, as capacity is limited. A very good stay overall.

The reservation team kindly moved my booking without an extra charge after I made a mistake, which was a very kind gesture. The hotel has what you need for a short family stay: a great breakfast, a nearby U-Bahn station, a calm neighborhood, underground parking, and friendly staff. The kitchenette is handy, though there was no cookware to use. The fridge and microwave came in very useful.

The rooms are on the small side, but there’s enough space for two people, and the WiFi was surprisingly good. We thought it was great value for the money. Breakfast was a favorite, with a wide selection and something different each day. The location is great too, very close to the metro and only a few stops from the city center.

My mom especially liked having the kitchenette, and we all loved the breakfast. Our family room was spacious and clean, with a window facing the sunrise. The sofa bed was just as fluffy as the main bed. This hotel made our stay in Munich even better!
