The updated room was good value for the price, and the guy at the lobby was friendly. There’s good parking and a train station nearby for getting downtown. The BMW museum is very close too.

After I made an incorrect order, I contacted the hotel right away, but they refused to refund me and wouldn't communicate with me at all. The front desk staff were very rude. I felt the hotel showed a tendency toward racial discrimination. Be careful when making a reservation.

The stay itself was great: comfortable bed, good shower, and a clean room. Staff could speak English, which I appreciated as an American. The front desk suggested using the back door and walking along the interior street for good shops and restaurants. It’s an easy walk to Olympic park and BMW Welt, and the photo is the view from my window. Getting to check-in by car was confusing, though. I had to wind through the parking lot and basically go underground, which is why I’d give it four stars instead of five.

The breakfast was really tasty and healthy, with lots of sausages, soy drinks, dried berries, and salmon. It starts at 6:30 a.m. on weekdays. The room was spacious and nice, and the Metro is a five-minute walk away. The BMW museum and headquarters are very close.

There’s a bakery, restaurants, and a pharmacy close by, with the green Olympic Park and a subway station just a few steps away. The location is perfect.
