10/10
We had no problems during our stay, despite my worries after reading some negative reviews. The room was huge and had everything we needed, though it was a little dark. This is the second hotel I've stayed at in Munich with that issue, so maybe it's a Munich thing. The staff were very kind and helped us with whatever we needed for the baby. Breakfast is expensive and à la carte, so it may not be worth it unless you eat a lot. The location was handy, with the metro a short walk away. I'd stay again.

The location was great for the subway, with pubs and nice restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and the room was fine, but there was no air conditioning, so we were dying from the heat at night, lol.

10/10
We stayed four nights and enjoyed every moment. The rooms are quite big, the bathroom was very good, and our little balcony was a nice bonus. Breakfast deserves applause. It's not a buffet, but the dishes they bring are outrageous. Every detail earned this hotel our five stars, and we'll choose it again next time.

The hotel is OK, and the location is excellent, near the English garden with lots of cafes, restaurants, and bars in the neighborhood. It's nice to head out and spend time at a restaurant or bar. There was no air conditioning. I stayed at the end of summer, and it was still hot inside on the warmer days.

The room was cozy and big, and they provided a crib for our baby, which was great. The staff were especially attentive and helped us out many times. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again.
