Leonardo Hotel Munich Arabellapark

The hotel was much better than it looked on the website, with a high standard, a clean, organized feel and a delicious breakfast. The team were kind, attentive, responsible and lovely. Mr. Dhaval Patil handled our issues quickly and was especially attentive and respectful. Thanks for a nice experience. We'll recommend it to friends and relatives. We live in a German colony in Brazil, and many people want to come here.

The conference centre was spacious, clean and a nice place for small events, and the rooms were clean too. Staff were friendly throughout. The rooms are typically small for Germany, and the hotel isn't in the city centre, though it's not far away. Getting a taxi through the gate at the entrance took some coaxing. The restaurant food and breakfast were great, with gluten-free and dairy-free choices as well. Paying for our meal was difficult; I think they were understaffed for our large group. I'd recommend the hotel for a stay or a small event.

They call this a four-star property, but the rooms lacked basic things like toiletries and an iron. The lift didn't work at all for two days. Even knowing it would be out of service, the staff made no alternative arrangements and put us on the top floor, which added to the discomfort. The staff were insensitive. A definite no from me.

We had a car, and the hotel was well placed for getting around Munich and to the airport. The price was reasonable, so I can't complain. I'd stay again.
