Breakfast was a good point, and the hotel works well enough for a business trip. But the rooms seem split between newer, larger ones and older rooms that are noticeably lower quality. They should keep the same standard for every room and treat all guests equally. The elevators are another problem: they're very slow and often break down.

The room had plenty of space, was clean, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was decent too, with a good amount of variety. I had a good stay.

A cozy place in a handy spot. The train and subway are easy to reach, and there are grocery stores and plenty of halal restaurants nearby.

The room was OK for this kind of hotel, and the location worked if you have business nearby. Service was the problem. At check-in, I waited 45 minutes while the desk clerk struggled to answer the questions of the two women ahead of me. I even went shopping at the nearby Aldi and they were still talking when I got back. When it was my turn, she had trouble communicating in both German and English. That language difficulty came up again at breakfast. I regularly received different coffee and eggs from what I had ordered. Then around 07:30 at checkout, nobody was at the desk for several minutes, so a queue formed. These may be small issues individually, but they happened often.

Street noise came straight through the poorly insulated windows, and I couldn't sleep all night. The furniture was poor too.
