There's underground parking at the hotel, and public transport is nearby. The rooms are clean and cozy, and breakfast is a nice buffet at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and the service was good.

Getting into the city centre was easy, just a quick walk and an underground ride. My room was immaculate, and the breakfast had so many choices that there was something for everyone. The staff were the loveliest people. Absolutely wonderful hotel.

My single room was thoughtfully laid out, with everything I needed, including a fridge. There's also a breakfast buffet and a small bar lounge for a cocktail before or after going out. The staff were charming and kept addressing me by name, which was a nice touch. I loved staying here. A couple of miles north of the old town, it's a charming little find with an old school, faded retro glamour that really appeals to me. It felt like a country hotel or bed and breakfast, just the sort of place I hope to find but rarely do.

Everything seemed fine until checkout, when they charged us for two extra breakfasts, as though people from outside had joined us. We politely mentioned the additional charge, but they refused to help and said, “It’s YOUR problem”! Mistakes happen, but the hotel's response was deeply disrespectful. The manager wasn't pleasant either and didn't seem willing to help. That incident left a very bad impression of the whole stay. Customer service here really needs to be more customer focused and human.

The employees were lovely, and the hotel is nice and well located. My only issue was the lack of air conditioning.
