Djon was the best part of the stay. He was always supportive with every request and need, kind, extraordinary, and someone we could count on. His presence made us feel comfortable and really raised the level of the place. Thanks as well to Nedim, Mii (sorry if we got the spelling wrong), Tamari, and the newly hired technician. The location wasn't great, out on the edge of the city and directly facing the highway. As temporary accommodation it was okay, but tourists staying only a few days can find better options. Cleanliness was disappointing. After weekly housekeeping, the room still wasn't really clean on several occasions, and we found stained towels and bed linen. The glass bathroom gives no privacy. Hooks on the mirror make it unusable when jackets are hanging there, and there aren't enough bathroom hooks for towels. The rooms are already very small, and the design feels focused on looks rather than practical use. Even the beds can be too small for two people.

It's a nice place in general, but I don't think I'd stay again. The room's toilet door is half transparent and doesn't block sound. The AC wasn't working properly, and I wish the windows opened wider. You can hear traffic from the road out front.

The rooms were lovely, with a mini-kitchen, a nice view, key card room access, and a private car park. There's also a small food restaurant downstairs, and the hallways smelled nice. It's a bit far from everything, but buses and the underground metro make getting around easy.

Everything matched the description, and my stay was a really enjoyable one. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for. I'd happily return and recommend the place to anyone looking for somewhere good to stay.
