The conference facilities, room, gym, bar, food, coffee, and snacks were all excellent. Everyone working at Leonardo was helpful and willing, even when they were busy or under pressure. The person who checked me in really set the tone for the stay. She was young with blonde hair, maybe named something like Laurencic, though I’m not sure. I wish I’d caught her name so I could pass along my thanks. She was kind, enthusiastic, and very helpful. This was super.

The staff were so friendly and professional, and always happy to help. The location also made getting to attractions, restaurants, and public transport easy. I felt welcome throughout my stay and would gladly come back and recommend the hotel.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. After a long trip we arrived earlier than expected, and Jekald Dsovza at reception kindly arranged an early check-in. We really appreciated that. It was a lovely stay, and I’d happily return.

The breakfast spread was big enough that even a very fussy eater should find something. We were about five minutes from Olympia Park, and rented electric Lime bikes down the road past the Ferrari showroom. From the hotel we rode to the BMW museum, then on to Nymphenburg Palace. The place was clean and comfortable, with impeccable rooms and an absurdly comfy bed. Would I stay again? Absolutely!

The location is around 15 minutes by car from the city centre, so not especially central. The room was spacious and nice, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. There’s a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, plus secure parking. I’d recommend it. One small request: please provide a double blanket in double rooms instead of two singles.
