The rooms were clean and tidy, and it was mostly quiet. There’s no desk for working, though. It’s above a supermarket in an industrial area, and parking is limited, but the low price explains the basic setup. Walk a few minutes to the nearest U- and S-Bahn station. Reception is on the first floor.

The breakfast was good, especially the blueberry muffins. Rooms were nice and clean, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a shop next door in the same building, and you can reach it by elevator. The train stop is a few minutes away on foot, then it’s basically four stops to the center. They also have a place to leave your bags after checkout if you need it before your flight or ride out of Munich.

We put a Do Not Disturb sign on the door today, but housekeeping waited until we’d gone out and entered the room to “clean.” When we came back, everything had been rearranged, and it didn’t look any cleaner than when we left. Housekeeping needs to learn what that sign means.

Good value, and you can adjust the room temperature to suit your needs. There’s a microwave if you need one. It’s a bit far from MUN centre, but easy to reach by S-bahn. I’d suggest it for a brief visit to MUN.

The shower was amazing. The room was cute, but the floor was dirty and it wasn’t very warm. Still, compared with other hotels in Munich, it’s great value for the money.
