The breakfast seemed expensive at first, but after comparing it with what other places charged, it looked like a good deal, and it was quite good. The area by the train stations is a bit dark and dirty, but there are plenty of shops and restaurants around, and I never felt unsafe. The small, hip room was a real retreat just minutes from the main train station. It worked perfectly for one person and would suit a couple as long as they like each other. For the price, you can't beat it.

Just what I needed: a well located room at a good price. It was clean and big enough for me, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. No stress.

The hotel is in a great spot, within walking distance of Marienplatz. The rooms were very comfortable, and breakfast was an amazing buffet with a huge selection. Everything tasted healthy and delicious.

The location is central and the rooms are clean, which are the main positives. The rooms aren't well equipped, though. The front desk is only open until, I believe, 10 pm, so if you go out and lose your keycard after that, you could be locked out for the night. The Wi-Fi is unusably slow, barely loading the news, let alone streaming a movie. The breakfast upgrade is way overpriced and not worth it.

Our room faced the backyard, so it was quiet, and it was spotless, bright, and comfortable. I absolutely loved the swing in the room. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, always happy to go the extra mile. We stayed at Cocoon Stachus in the first week of December. This wasn't our first time at Cocoon, and I'm quite sure we'll be back for another family trip during the festive season. Many thanks to all the hotel staff :)
