Eurostars Book Hotel

The sauna was okay, but the shower beside it had no water pressure at all, so I couldn't even take a cold shower there. There was nowhere to put clothes, shoes, or a card in the sauna changing room, and no locker. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and clean. The smell in some areas, like reception and the sauna, wasn't great. The hotel's area isn't the best.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable too. The staff were friendly and polite. Being near the central train station was convenient for getting around, but as a solo traveler I didn't feel very comfortable in the surrounding area, especially at night. It's practical for transport, just not a very pleasant or reassuring neighborhood. Breakfast was the main downside. The area was small for the number of guests, with people sitting very close together. I asked for a seat by the window because the other spots felt cramped. I also saw several instances of poor hygiene among guests, which made breakfast unpleasant. The room was well maintained, but breakfast and the location affected my stay significantly.

The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. Every morning, the staff were ready to help or greet us. The receptionists were so kind and helpful, and Nico is an expert who was always available to guests. Well done, guys! Muchas gracias! Keep doing your best. Greetings from Greece!

The room was great, with a separate door for the loo and an amazing shower. Some rainfall heads are more like drizzle, but this one was like a tropical monsoon. There were two single beds pushed together instead of a king-size double, but that wasn't an issue. It also had an Nespresso machine and a kettle, which was good to have these days. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is well placed near the central rail station, where the airport train arrives, a five-minute walk from the edge of the Old Town, and 10 minutes from Marienplatz. The immediate surroundings leave a bit to be desired, probably because of the station. Breakfast was generally good, except the juices were awful. The orange one tasted like a sniff of cordial in water. Tables were too close to the central buffet, so people bumped into each other, tables, and chair backs. Staff were okay but a bit slow to clear tables. There were no dessert spoons on the tables, so you had to ask. Then staff gave you a questioning look, as if they expected you to eat cereal with a tiny teaspoon. This is a great hotel and definitely worth considering for a Munich city break.
