The room was stylish, clean, and perfectly decent, and having to share a bathroom with just one other room wasn’t a big issue. For the price, I thought it was great value. It’s not too far from central Munich, with the U-Bahn and S-Bahn close by. The place is a converted apartment floor that looks like former social housing, but that didn’t bother me much. There usually isn’t anyone on site, and check-in is through a machine. I called about checking in and got a quick response.

The room was quiet and comfortable, and getting into the building was easy. Check-in and checkout were convenient too.

This is a simple place for privacy, not luxury. The U6, grocery stores, and restaurants are nearby. There’s no reception, just an ATM-style check-in machine, though virtual support responds quickly and is helpful. The shared bathrooms can be awkward. I locked myself out of my room and had to wait for the cleaning staff to arrive. The other guests were the bigger problem: loud yelling at night, toilets left in a mess, and the place smelled of cigarettes. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

For a couple of nights, it works well if all you need is a bed and bathroom. It’s a small, very clean hotel with compact rooms, no breakfast option, and a reasonable price. There’s no reception, and the check-in machine only accepts credit cards.
