Eurostars Grand Central

I found the stay peaceful, and the wellness area with its sauna, pool, and gym was a nice plus. The hotel is an easy walk from the main train station. My room was clean, nicely laid out, and had a comfortable bed, while the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, though nothing special.

We landed at the hotel at 1 a.m. on the 12th after a delayed flight, and the receptionist was still incredibly kind. He brought an extra duvet to our door within seconds and helped us out with the UK-to-EU adapters we’d forgotten, offering what he had at the desk. The housekeeping team were polite and professional too. The room was spacious, spotless, and cozy. We were right in central Munich, but it stayed very quiet. We didn’t get to try the pool or breakfast, though the room and the staff’s helpful attitude made the stay a 10/10 for us. We’ll come back next time we’re in Munich. I’m extremely fussy about hotel cleanliness and service, and usually find something to complain about. This stay was brilliant from beginning to end. If they can impress someone as picky as me, they’re doing a lot right.

A few extra room amenities would have made things more convenient, but otherwise I had a restful, pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and had what I needed, and the staff were kind and polite.

The rooms are spacious, and the hotel makes a good base for a stay in Munich. It’s a solid four-star place, just west of the central train station (Hauptbahnhof).
