Derag Living Campo Dei Fiori

The breakfast service was excellent, and the women working there were especially welcoming. The location was just right, the staff were courteous and kind, and my room was very clean. I was so happy with my stay that I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend.

This small hotel is well maintained, with spacious rooms, kitchenettes, and modern furniture. It’s right in front of the old market and only a few steps from the old town, in a lively area full of coffee shops and restaurants. The receptionist and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful, and we’d stay here again. There’s just one small elevator, set away from the entrance, which could be inconvenient with large or countable luggage’s.

The location was really good, and the staff were good too. There was a bad smell in our room, but they fixed it very quickly, so the stay was nice overall.

I had to cancel my booking at Living Hotel Das Viktualienmarkt at very short notice for personal reasons. The team made an exception and refunded me, which I deeply appreciate. They handled it with kindness, compassion, and efficiency, and their thoughtful communication left a strong impression. I didn’t get to stay this time, but I look forward to experiencing the hotel in person in the future.
