I've stayed in Patrick's flats several times and it's been wonderful each time. The locations, easy access, and cleanliness are hard to beat. Patrick is a great host, charming and helpful, always willing to take care of what you need. I highly recommend him.

A decent place to stay, with a private bathroom and a kitchen shared with the owner. The sheets, towels, and bathroom fixtures were clean, though the room and kitchen weren't very clean.
