B&B Hotel Augsburg-Nord

The rooms are simple and practical, with comfortable beds and what you need for either a short or longer visit. I also found it quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. B&B Hotel Augsburg-Nord was clean, modern, and well looked after, so it felt comfortable from the start. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and both check-in and check-out went quickly. It’s conveniently placed for getting into the city and reaching nearby amenities. Good value, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Augsburg. I’d be glad to stay again.

The breakfast had something for every taste, and our room was cozy and comfortable. Everyone on staff was so kind, polite, and helpful. The whole stay was wonderful. If I could, I’d give it 10 stars. I recommend this hotel!

We arrived well after midnight, long after the lobby had closed, but had arranged our check-in by phone earlier and received a code for the lobby door and our room. The front desk also lent us a power adapter, which was a big help. The hotel is at the end of tram line 4, so getting straight to and from the central train station was easy. There’s a Döner restaurant beside the lobby, open until 3am, and the food tasted great, a lovely perk for a late arrival like me. Our room was clean and nice, with a spacious bathroom and an amazing shower. Clean, friendly, and accessible. I’d recommend staying here.

We were satisfied with the stay, though there’s room to improve. The rooms are a decent size, clean, and well maintained, but the pillows are too flat. Breakfast was okay, though it’s a pity there was no Nutella or any other brand. Check-in on the little lobby screen is complicated and not very customer friendly.
