The staff were friendly, and the location made it easy to get to lots of interesting places. They also sorted out an early check-in for me before I went to explore the city, which I wasn’t sure would be possible. I only stayed one night, but the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was a good option too. I’d definitely come back.

If you want to stay in the heart of Augsburg and keep costs down, this is a good option. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and reception was friendly. I stayed one night. You can choose a shared or private bathroom, with the private one costing €57. There’s also a €50 key deposit. If you pay by credit card, you have to go back to reception to get it refunded since they don’t have an automatic system.

We had a nice stay, and the room was clean and useful. Sharing the toilet and bath caused us no trouble. The bathroom does need a hair dryer, though, especially in the winter after a shower. Thanks to all the staff for being attentive.

The reception and guest rooms are in separate buildings, with reception at 41. We arrived very late, but they responded with a lot of kindness.
