I checked out at 10.00 hours after making clear in German that I was leaving, and asked for a refund for the night I hadn't stayed. I wasn't asking for everything back, and I think refunding that night would have been the best response and left me with a much better impression. Instead, they did nothing, and kept a deeply disappointed customer just to save the cost of one night's refund. The bed was awful, with a very thin mattress on an uneven base. I woke at 4.00 with rib, back, and neck pain, then waited until after breakfast to give the staff a chance to fix it. They offered another room, but that bed only looked a little better and still had a very thin mattress. I had to leave and book another hotel. The buffet wasn't very good either. I wouldn't recommend booking here.

Roma Pizzeria had pretty good food 👌🏻. The town has 720 people, and together they speak maybe five words of English. For what you pay, it's bang average, pretty much what I expected.

We'd booked a double room back in January for July, but Covid-19 forced us to cancel the whole trip. We didn't want to cancel, but traveling through Holland, Germany, Denmark, and Sweden from Barcelona had become impossible. I got refunds for the flights, boats, and other hotels. Leezdorfer Hot in Leezdorf, Germany, charged us 64€ and wouldn't return it. I emailed the owner. I understand the reservation wasn't refundable, but this wasn't our fault, and I think the owner could have been more sensitive to the situation.
