The room was clean, and the location was great. Everyone I dealt with was professional and genuinely kind, and Marcel from the front office was quick and thoughtful in his email replies. Traveling as a doctor with my cat and facing an 8+ hour drive, I felt really well looked after. I had to leave early because of an unexpected work emergency. After I explained it to reception, they understood straight away, waived the extra charges, and made checkout easy. Five stars for that service. I’d happily return to Augsburg.

The view from our Junior Suite on the 34tg floor was the highlight, and I got to see a lovely sunrise. We spent two nights over Christmas (23-25.12) for around 120€ a night without breakfast, which felt like amazing value for such a gigantic room. The hotel feels a little old-fashioned, but everything worked and was clean apart from a bit of dust. Service and amenities were very good. The free sauna for guests has a Finnish sauna, a relaxation room, and an outdoor area. Since we asked not to have the room cleaned for two days, we were given bar vouchers. A really good stay.
