The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely bathroom and the best shower I've had in a hotel for a while. It also had air conditioning, which was a nice touch. The building has no staff on site, and you get emailed codes for the front door and your room. It's right in the centre, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. There was some noise from people outside at night, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Check-in was smooth, and communication was good. The apartment was spacious, quiet, clean, and well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's in a good location too.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, and the location is good. But this isn't the room we booked: they put us on the third floor under low beams, which is a real problem because my husband is very tall. We're stuck here for three nights, and there's no internet. There's no on-site service either. You have to email, and we've called and left messages without getting a response. You're completely on your own with nobody to help. I'm unhappy, and have to give it one star because we didn't get what we booked and got no help.

The rooms are all individually and lovingly decorated, and the location is very central. You get in by code, and reception was never staffed. I emailed to ask about arriving early but got no answer. Still, I'd highly recommend it.

The room was clean and almost dust-free, a dream for anyone with allergies. It was a little noisy until about 10 pm, but bearable. The entrance is tucked away to the right of the restaurant. I first went in through the restaurant without realizing it, and got some dirty looks.
