The mattresses were excellent, and the rooms were clean and nice, if a bit traditional. Staff were attentive and very helpful. It’s in the old town, where you notice the party crowds and tram, though neither was annoyingly loud. I’d visit again. One thing: don’t take a modern car into the hotel garage. The space seems built for a vintage Fiat, Beetle, or something similar, or for a motorcycle.

Check-in could have been a bit quicker, but the stay was pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast varied and freshly prepared.

We only had one day to visit, which was a shame. It was a warm evening, with a brilliant atmosphere and loads of people around, lots of places to eat and drink, and plenty of seating out on the street. The hotel was very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast very good. They also provided safe parking for my motorcycle. The main city centre was a 10-minute walk away, well worth it. The cobbles didn’t agree with the bike, though they were still rideable. I’d stay here again.

The location was just right, a little away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk into the old town and shopping area, and right next to Mozart's house. Parking was easy and very reasonably priced, which worked well since we had a car. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we had the information we needed. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a really comfortable bed, and breakfast was outstanding. Our stay at Hotel Augsburger Hof was everything we hoped for and more. We’d highly recommend it for an overnight stay.

The people were really nice, and they let me leave my luggage all day. The hotel is close to the city center and streetcars, so the location was good, but being on a main street made it very loud. It was hot and there’s no air conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open. The overhead fan did help. I’d stay here again, just not in summer.
