Villa Meerfreude

Vaschvitz was wonderfully peaceful, just the natural retreat we wanted. Anyone after entertainment and action would need to look elsewhere. We felt completely at home in this comfortable house and would gladly come back, maybe even next Easter 😉. We travel a lot worldwide, and this was the most satisfying holiday rental we've stayed in. Thank you for such a relaxing place. The house was spotless, spacious even at full capacity, and so thoughtfully and tastefully furnished that nothing felt out of place. It really does have everything, including plenty of comfortable seating and appliances like a fondue set, raclette grill, and sandwich toaster. The quality throughout was excellent. The beach chair was a highlight, a cozy sheltered spot even in poor weather, and the sauna was in great condition. There's also a roomy carport with an attached shed for extra gear. Just a couple of small things could be fixed. The wood-burning stove wasn't drawing properly, so the smoke wouldn't vent. A chimney sweep could probably sort it quickly. Outside, pressure washing and a little paint would help with weather damage on the walkway and the house walls and beams. Nothing major, but dealing with it soon would help preserve this lovely property. Communication with the owner, Ms. Link, was friendly, prompt, and easy. Paradise Rügen did a great job with cleaning and on-site communication.

The owners were very pleasant to deal with, and we'd love to return. This is a great spot if you want peace and time outdoors. The house is beautifully furnished with everything needed for a relaxing break, and the spacious sauna makes rainy weather enjoyable too.

The quiet setting makes it easy to relax. It’s a beautiful house that works well for parents with kids or for couples without them. I especially liked the living room and sauna. Very, very nice, and highly recommended :))

We didn't miss a thing, apart from maybe a beach ;-) The quiet setting is lovely for walks and unwinding, and there's the sauna, beach chair, and garden to enjoy too. A really beautiful holiday home with everything you could want. If you book the bed linen and towel package, you can settle straight into relaxing. The welcome and farewell service were fantastic, and communication was easy, with quick fixes for the small issues that came up.
