The area is really nice, and breakfast was good, with nice people serving it. But the spa and pools are open to the public, so they got chaotic and weren’t as relaxing as we’d hoped. We came for a long weekend and found the place less comfortable than expected. The rooms were OK, though they lacked some basic toiletries: no shower cloth or flip-flops, even at a thermal hotel, and no fridge or kettle. There was soap, and only soap. We had to ask reception for a bathrobe and return it at the end of the stay. It was a cold summer weekend, the room was cold too, and the water wasn’t very warm. The room could have been cleaner under the bed, especially with kids along.

This was my second visit, and it still lives up to the same standard. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, and this one has the best smell! Clean and modern, with nice staff and the best breakfast. Edit: I read a couple of bad reviews going after the first floor. I stayed on the first floor last year and slept like a baby. One day until 11am hh

They even give you cake 🍰 and coffee ☕️ for free, which is really nice. The hotel, service, and facilities were great, and it was much cleaner than the other thermes I’ve been to. Breakfast was very good too. Highly recommended.

A small, cozy hotel and a great place. We just weren’t told that at night the entrance is to the right of the regular one.

We booked this place specifically for the spa and sauna, but they were closed, and the only information about it was hidden on a page in German. Then the spa closed very early, so in the end we couldn’t use it at all. The hotel tried to get my review removed, saying they had no business relationship with me and that I was probably fake.
