The rooms, easygoing breakfast, and relaxed checkout were all really good. We held our wedding party at Fürst Bismarck Mühle, and the setting and atmosphere were wonderful. The food was great too, especially the charcoal-grilled wild boar among all the other lovely dishes. Huge thanks to the staff working our party, they were the best. It was a celebration we won't forget anytime soon, and we'd definitely suggest the place to friends and family.
Since getting married here in 2016, we've come back at least once a year for our anniversary. The food is always delicious, and the service has been outstanding every time. It's cozy but still feels modern. If you're hiking in the Sachsenwald, stop in for coffee and cake and enjoy the view.
The forest edge, little lake, river, and sheep grazing outside the window made such a lovely setting for my daughter's wedding at Fuerst Bismarck Mühle. We came all the way from the US, and had a wonderful time. Mrs Mallon was a big help in sorting out the problem, and the staff were quick and polite. The venue itself is beautiful, and the food was delicious. The venison main course was so tender and tasty, and dessert and the rest of the meal were really good too. If you want somewhere elegant and modern, tucked away in nature for a quiet getaway, the historic Fürst Bismarck Mühle is a great choice. Thank you!
They always have a vegan option, prepared fresh on the spot by a really skilled kitchen team. The food is delicious, and I've decided to come here more often with business contacts.
The location is especially lovely. It's been renewed while keeping its classic feel, and the service has a nice traditional style.
