The room setup was awful: you cook while your friend is defecating behind you. The key situation was a mess too. The box nearby was open and had only one key, so we took the wrong one by mistake. There was never anyone at reception, and when you have a problem, you have to call, but nobody answers. The owners only came after another guest managed to reach them about the wrong room. Two large couples showed up, yelling and threatening us because they’d had to drive almost an hour. We were already settled in, so I asked them to help move our things. They just laughed and refused. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The rooms are cramped, and the toilet is in the kitchen. The owners were very rude. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The transport links and service both worked well for me, and I was very happy with the rooms too. I stayed for a good two months, so if business brings me back to Ingolstadt for several weeks, I’d gladly book here again. I can highly recommend it.

The staff get a 10 from me. It’s a lovely, clean place in a good location, and I thought it was exceptional.
