The rooms were okay, but the hotel is miles from town, and that luxury gym is three kilometres away. Customer service felt nonexistent. We paid for parking, but the codes failed every night, leaving us waiting 30 minutes to get in. The hotel door codes also changed on multiple nights, so we couldn’t get into our rooms. It was an absolute joke and not worth the money. All they need is a receptionist on site. For anyone trying to park, there’s a red and white safety barrier at the entry gate. We ended up unscrewing it and driving in, since that was the only way we could get into the hotel. What a joke.

The rooms have been renovated and are clean and lovely, though the outside of the hotel looks old. We booked for four, and the sofa bed could be better quality. The place is clean and spacious, in a good location, and has parking. Self check-in and checkout were both easy.

Bright and relaxing, with large windows and a really spacious bathroom, this apartment felt very comfortable. It’s small but still spacious, and has everything you need for a few days. They’ve thought of everything.

If your plans change, don’t expect to get your money back. I tried to cancel our booking, switch to different dates, or get even part of the payment returned, but they refused and kept the full amount. On the phone, an employee said the only way they could reimburse me was “in the case of war.” Are you out of your mind? This is the worst hotel ever, and I’m saying that without even having stayed there.
