The property sits in a quiet, green area, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was fairly spacious and quiet, with a large terrace. Breakfast was plentiful, and there’s an underground garage at a reasonable price if the outdoor parking is full. The restaurant was satisfactory overall. It would be nicer to have a separate area for à la carte diners, though, since it’s not pleasant to eat beside tables where people are constantly getting up to visit the buffet.

The Zwiebelrostbraten was delicious: tender, juicy meat, a rich sauce, and caramelized onions to finish it off. The service was friendly and attentive, with staff who were always smiling. The hotel is elegant and comfortable, and the spa was a great place to relax after a long day. The wellness area was well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere and clean, inviting pools and saunas. I highly recommend the hotel and restaurant, and I’ll definitely return.

The location is good, right by a forest and not too far from the Therme, and you can see the team is trying hard. But the hotel’s marketing gives a different impression from the reality. It isn’t an upper-class hotel, and breakfast is mediocre. The rooms vary: we had an upgraded one on the second night and it was OK, while the unrenovated room from the first night was maybe large, but that was about it. The pillows are terrible, and management needs to invest in better ones if they expect guests to sleep well. There was only shower gel, no shampoo or conditioner, and no coffee machine.

The hotel feels homely despite its large capacity, and the surrounding hilly countryside is quiet, green, and lovely. Our refurbished room was very clean, with a modern bathroom, a comfortable bed, and new, high-quality linen. We also had a balcony, and the pool was lovely. The staff were friendly, meals at lunch and dinner were good, and breakfast had a great variety. Loved it!

Whenever I visit Bad Aibling, this hotel feels like my second home. I’ve been here multiple times throughout the year and still think it’s the best hotel in town. The waitresses are super nice, especially Aria. I’ll definitely be back!
