The rooms are lovely and very well equipped, but we were deeply disappointed by the huge, aggressive dog roaming loose in the courtyard. The family says the dog is child-friendly, but our experience was very different. Twice, it suddenly charged toward us, barking menacingly, and my wife was terrified. I called and texted the owners but got no reply. Even a month later, no one had contacted us or apologized. A dog this unpredictable shouldn't be around children.

We stayed in this accommodation on a small farm in Germany, and the peaceful, green surroundings made it a real escape. Waking up to nature and looking out over the countryside was so calming. The place was spotless, with tasteful decor that blended rustic charm and modern comfort. The bedding was very comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed. Our hosts were warm, kind, and available, and shared helpful tips about farming and life on the farm. Their hospitality made the stay feel even more authentic and memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for tranquility and nature, and we'd happily return.

The apartment was beautiful and well equipped, with a balcony and extra outdoor seating areas. The landlords were super friendly. The views over the Rhine Valley, Alsace, and the Vosges Mountains are stunning. Having a car would be helpful.

The Höferlin family were so welcoming, and we really wanted for nothing in this clean, beautiful holiday apartment on a farm. There's even a distillery on site. It's peaceful, and from the balcony you can look straight across to the Rhine, the Vosges Mountains, France, the nearby hills, and Alsace. The town center is at most five minutes away by car. Freiburg city center takes about 45 minutes, the Black Forest highlands an hour, and Basel 25 minutes. Alsace is just a stone's throw away. If we return to Bad Bellingen, my wife and child will definitely stay here again.
