The service was splendid, and the price was lower than at other guesthouses in Bad Bentheim. It's about 1 km from the town centre and 2 km from the railway station.

A nice location.

When we arrived, we were treated like unwanted guests, even though the company had booked the rooms. The staff were very unfriendly, the rooms were small, and the furniture looked about 50 years old. The room and bathroom were disgustingly worn, and the place was noisy. We're definitely not going back!!!!!!!!

The hot meal on arrival was great, and breakfast was excellent too. It’s a simple hotel, but everything was clean and tidy. The hostess really does her best to make guests comfortable.
