The green, beautiful surroundings were so restful, and the hotel was a very pleasant place to stay. The staff were kind and caring, and the fasting program was perfectly organized. I did a fast, and the juices and broth were very good. The food I had when I broke the fast was excellent, fresh, and healthy. The swimming pool and different saunas were great too. Nothing was missing from my experience, and I’ll definitely do it again. I highly recommend the hotel for its excellent service and healthy, nature-focused experience.

A laid-back hotel with a great atmosphere. The food was great, and the sauna downstairs was fantastic.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the place was certainly a unique experience. But it felt like things were arranged for staff convenience rather than guests. Breakfast had a strange ordering system, very little choice, and fixed portions; I had to share a table with others, with the food already laid out. It wasn’t a buffet. The free Wi-Fi was very slow, and faster service cost extra. Truly a strange and unusual hotel.

The beds were too soft, though the room was nice and cleaned daily. It’s a very quiet hotel with a pleasant garden. The three-sauna area was clean and nice, but the pool area was a bit dirty. Staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant, and the food was good too.

I loved the tranquil atmosphere at VitalHotel Ascona. The staff were always kind, the rooms clean and cozy, and there’s a pool, sauna, and bar. There’s a beautiful area nearby for Nordic walks and a great thermal spa complex close by. It’s PET FRIENDLY too! They have everything needed for fasting.
