Mrs. Zeinab made a real difference during my stay, always cheerful, helpful, and full of positive energy. I’d also like to thank Amal for her support and warm hospitality, and Ahmed the chef for the delicious, beautifully prepared meals and excellent service. Their professionalism and care reflect well on the hotel. At Courtyard by Marriott Düsseldorf Hafen, I found the rooms clean and comfortable, and the welcome was warm from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend it, and would gladly return.

At 200 euros a night, I expected better overall, especially when it came to the food. Both the quality and the choice were below average. Mrs. Zeinab Dip, though, was lovely and attentive, and really brightened up the restaurant. Thank you!

Amal at the front desk made my family and me feel welcome from check-in right through to departure. She was warm, kind, and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Her local suggestions were spot on and made our time in Düsseldorf even better. It’s rare to meet someone so committed to guests. Thank you, Amal, for making the trip memorable. We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Düsseldorf Medienhafen from December 17 to December 21, 2025. I can’t say enough good things about her service, and I’d highly recommend the hotel, especially if Amal is working.

The location worked well, and breakfast was good during our eight-night stay at the Courtyard. Amal at reception gave us Platinum-level service like we get in Dubai, which is rare in Europe. She was there whenever we needed anything, a real help after long days of work and exhibitions. Zainab and Lubis were great too. Thanks to all of you.
