Studiotel Top Loft

I booked at the last minute after missing my train. The friendly woman at check-in offered me a beautiful room with a terrace. In the morning there was a table with complimentary coffee and treats. Much, much better than I expected. Thank you!

The reception was unattended most of the time, apart from a few hours early in the morning, and guests were left trying to work out whether to go upstairs or enter the reception. When someone did answer, they were extremely contemptuous and insulting, and seemed to assume they understood even when they were making mistakes about the guest. One of the worst experiences I expect to have was being mocked and treated with contempt, along with what felt like deceitful ways to avoid giving guests their rooms. The check-in time they specify is the biggest trap. Be careful with this hotel and its management, and don’t waste your money, even if the prices look tempting. That’s the least I can say. Read the comments and you’ll see what I mean.

The location had potential, but the way we were treated made us feel pushed away instead of welcome. An older woman with short hair and glasses raised her voice and showed us no respect. When we said that treatment like that drives customers away, she stunned us by asking, “Why didn’t you book another hotel then?” 😳 I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

We didn’t feel safe or welcome during our stay. The bathtub was completely blocked, so the water wouldn’t drain and showering felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. During a discussion about the apartment, an elderly woman shouted at my brother. It was extremely disrespectful.
